I can not recommend Lee and his team at Freeman Fitness highly enough. I signed up with him after seeing the results he'd had with other clients online as I had put several stones on in weight and after trying various yoyo diets and all the other usual stuff that people try just didn't work.
I did the 12 week programme with a personal training session with the man himself once a week. Which was great as he really pushed you to get the best results.
The most important side of the course for me personally I found was all the knowlege and education I gained to do with nutrition and eating in the correct way. As food had always been my big stumbling block. But with the knowledge Lee and his team pass on. You will soon learn you can eat so much good food and feel full all the time while getting results.
I've always trained but never saw any real changes in my body so decided to join with Lee to help me achieve what I wanted. To say I achieved this and much more is an understatement, I learned so much more about training and most importantly nutrition and the role this has in changing your body.
My transformation took 9 solid months of hard graft and I was more than happy with it. Lee is an unbelievable coach and has shown me that if you're willing to work hard enough anything is possible. I enjoyed learning along side him that much that I decided to change my career and go into personal training, it's the best move I ever made, I'm so lucky to be working along side Lee and Nat, they really are the best! I cannot recommend them enough!
I finished my transformation 3 stone lighter best thing I've ever done feel 100% better in my body and lifestyle now.
100% recommend lee freeman fitness.
Can't recommend lee and the team enough I started a 12 week plan having never done anything like it before, The weight and inches dropped off in no time. The team had constant support and encouragement throughout to help me reach and exceed my goal.
The understanding of nutrition and and training techniques I've learnt are priceless and have changed my life.
I've been with Freeman Fitness for 2 years and the results and changes in my body have been amazing. I have a real joint effort with these guys, Lee does my nutrition and Nat does my regular PT's with some other PT's with Gareth when Nat's been on holiday. You couldn't ask for a group of more knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely all round nice people. Lee is always available to answer any questions and certainly when I first started out and the concept of macros was new to me I used to bombard him with questions and he was always really patient. I have learnt how important a role nutrition plays and my body has changed so much because of it. Nat is great with my PT's and designs them with my specific goals in mind. She really pushes me and my strength has developed enormously in the last 2 years with some muscle definition showing through plus she is a genuinely lovely person and I look forward to my PT's every week. If you want to make a positive change with both your body and nutrition then you won't go far wrong signing up with these guys.
I've been with Freeman Fitness for over 3 years now & the changes in my body are amazing. I have had nothing but amazing support to help me reach my goals, I absolutely love my PT's and my diet is awesome! I cannot recommend them enough, here's to another 3 years & more! Thank you for all you have done for me!
This was the best thing I have ever done the results was amazing lee is a top lad and really easy to work with looking at doing round two soon.
Unfortunately since I moved I don't get to train with Lee any more but he taught me so much and I still stay in touch when I can! I used to nail the cardio but Lee introduced weights and other types of training into my routine which noticeably changed my body in a good way!
Lee and Nat are awesome people and highly recommended from me!
I've always trained hard but could never shift the weight. That was until I met Lee and his team. I lost over 30 pounds and 6" off my waist in 12 weeks. Wow. More importantly by personally tailoring my exercise and eating to my lifestyle the weight has remained off. Who wouldn't want results like this. This is NOT a fad diet but a lifestyle transformation that really does work. I can't recommend it highly enough.
Since a friend recommended Freeman Fitness over a year ago I haven't looked back. After years a trying all the fad diets, Freeman Fitness has given me the support, advice and all the knowledge of their expertise in nutrition and exercise to move forward and become the more toned, healthier, stronger me I've always wanted to be. I have exceeded all my own expectations and couldn't have done it without these guys. Thank you! X
Natalie and Lee are 2 fantastic people to work with. They support you 100% through your journey and are always on hand if you have a little wobble. Keep up the excellent work guys.

The goblet squat is an excellent exercise for a number of different reasons. It is versatile enough that it can be used safely to work at loads to help develop muscle and as part of high intensity conditioning workouts. It is typically a more comfortable and safe way to squat than conventional back squatting due to the position of the weight being in a more stable position, directly over our base of support.
So how do we perform the perfect goblet squat?Read more
For those looking to build bigger arms, most people focus on training their biceps. However many people are unaware that the triceps contribute to around 2/3rds of the overall size of the arm and are also important for explosive pressing movements. So instead of hammering the bicep curls, for those who want bigger and stronger arms, the triceps should be more of a focus to create a balanced look to the upper arm and a more functional looking and performing physique.
Here we have a quick triceps blast...Read more
Progressive overload relates to an increase in our training volume on an exercise (preferably all exercises!) on a session to session basis. This is required to consistently force the muscle s to adapt and grow. To calculate our training volume for an exercise is simple… if we do 3 sets of 10 reps at 100kg that equates to 3x10x100 which is 3000kg of volume. The next training week we should then aim to increase the volume performed by a small amount for each exercise...Read more
